Are there any refunds?

Do you ship Internationally?

No, not at this time.

What happens when products show "SOLD-OUT"?

This means that the candles are being restocked at the moment you viewed the product. I pour in small batches to ensure every product is of the highest quality.

How long would it take to receive my products?

I ship every Monday thru Wednesday in the Summer months, and Monday thru friday in the Winter months, and Monday thru Saturday in the Fall & Spring. I ship USPS Priority Mail and shipping is typically within 2-3 business days.

Is Pre-ordering available?

Yes, pre-orders are available but require a pre-payment. Contact me via the contact link below for more details.

Are your Candles all natural?

Yes! I only use the highest quality waxes in my products. My Wax Melts are a blend of Beeswax, Coconut, Soy & Palm Waxes. My Candles are a blend of Coconut, Soy Waxes and a small amount of food grade paraffin.

Summer Shipping Policy

I appreciate all your support and interest in my Candles, which are hand-poured and small batched to ensure the highest of quality & excellence.

Let’s cut to the chase, shipping candles can be challenging.  I want to let each of my customers know that the care and consideration I take in creating my products, I also want to ensure that it makes it to your doorstep as efficiently as possible in the same condition then when it left my home.

During the summer months (June-September), I ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays each week. My method of delivery is USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2–3 business days. This timeframe is optimal in my attempt to protect my products from MELTING in the summer heat. I find that USPS will hold packages in their facilities or on HOT trucks causing longer delays which results in MELTED CANDLES.

I strive for perfection, but unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that all the products will arrive in perfect condition. If you have any issues with an order, please hit the “CONTACT” BUTTON below to send me an email and we will work something out.

Currently, I do not ship on National Holidays.

Lastly, I reserve the right to delay shipping during extreme weather conditions on my end and on yours, so if this is the case, I will ship your order as soon as the weather allows.

If the weather is very warm when your package arrives, and you find that your candle has melted pop it in the fridge for about an hour or so and allow to resolidify before lighting. This will allow for you to experience my candle as intended.
